This is a great traffic exchange and my personal favorite. This TE has a built in competition that goes on every day and the top 3 contestants in each division receive free credits from their efforts.  How this works i you get paired against an individual for the day if you view more pages than that individual then you win and move up in the rankings.  These rankings systems are divided into divisions in regards to your performance.  It is a nice incentive to keep you surfing and gaining more ad time in the process.  They also have a chat that enables you to talk to other active members in the TE.  Like every other TE you can make commissions on referrals and upgraded accounts. Overall, this is one of the best traffic exchanges out there.
 
Easy Hits 4 U (FREE)
This site has almost 400,000 members and is a very well respected TE. This could be possibly the best quality TE seeing that they offer a free 1:1 ratio exchange and pages must be viewed for a minimum of 20 seconds (far more than most TE's). They also have an affiliate program for referrals and will pay you for them. A nice little 3 cent bonus for every hundred pages surfed adds up if you use this as much as I do. If you are currently not a member of any traffic exchange and would like to get more quality traffic to your site this is most likely the best option for you.
 
Start Xchange (FREE)
Start Xchange is a very user friendly traffic exchange that includes an imbedded chat in the TE.  It is a very nice tool to have because you can talk to other affiliate marketers and surfers and ask the people who are doing exactly what you are doing the questions you need answered, and the best part about it is that its all free.  They have a nice structure to their backoffice and allow users to refer others to make commissions on upgrades and other perks.  If you are into traffic exchange or just starting out this would be a great place for you to get your feet wet.
 
Traffic-Splash  (FREE)
This is yet another very nice TE. It offers many daily and weekly contest to help you earn extra money or credits to further benefit your website. This is a nice quick TE and you can rack up many credits very quickly using this traffic exchange. They also drop bonus impressions and credits on you left and right so you can get more ad coverage with minimal effort on your part. They also have a very nice referral program so check it out.
